Mr. Maffit has been affiliated with Probity International since 1988, when he first oversaw the construction of The Peninsula Beverly Hills.  As Senior Vice President, Mr. Maffit now oversees the design and construction of the Company’s hotel and real estate development, renovation and tenant improvement projects.  Mr. Maffit has acted as the owner’s representative for many projects, including The Peninsula Beverly Hills, Le Meridien San Diego at Coronado, The Graciela Burbank, the Probity House office building,  The Peninsula Bangkok and Four Seasons Westlake Village and California Wellbeing Institute.  Prior to joining Probity, Mr. Maffit held operational, management and construction related positions with several major developers and hotel companies throughout the world.  Mr. Maffit holds a degree in English Literature from the University of Washington.
